Graham has been practising criminal law for over 40 years. He was employed as a prosecutor for Durham Constabulary for 10 years before the Crown Prosecution Service was created. During this time, he advised the police on prosecutions and prosecuted all types of road traffic cases. He has since focused entirely on defence work.
Over the years, Graham has represented clients facing the full range of road traffic offences. In addition, a period as an assistant Deputy Coroner saw him further involved with serious road accident investigations.
He has a reputation as a trial advocate which has regularly seen him act for clients who have been referred to him by Judges, Magistrates and police officers who recognise his skill in this often complex field of work.
